A study of the laws of intellectual property laws, including patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret. We will begin with a general introductions to international conventions of IPR. We will then look at the differences of the IP system between different countries. This course investigates requirements and subject matters and then the contents and limitations of the IPR. We will invite scholars and practicers from Taiwan and other countries to introduce theories and cases in different countries.
